Individual Therapy

As a warm, kind therapist, I specialize in helping clients who struggle with trauma, anxiety, religious trauma, life transitions, and more. Through individual therapy, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients can work through their challenges and develop the skills they need to live a more fulfilling life.

50 minutes- $150 self-pay

Aetna, UHC, & BCBS Insurance accepted

Sliding scale available upon request if not using insurance

EMDR

I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to clients who have experienced trauma. This approach can help clients process their traumatic experiences and reduce the emotional distress they may be experiencing.

50 minutes- $150 (self-pay or by insurance)

90 minutes- $200 (self-pay only)

Sliding scale available upon request if not using insurance
